This week in social studies we will be learning about:

making a class cube that shows how we can help in our classroom

making hand puppets and role playing how we work together

In first grade social studies we will be learning about our community. We will take a tour of the town of Briggsdale, and learn it's history.  We will also be doing map skills. We will learn the "Star Spangled Banner", which we will sing every morning.
